Services & fees

Not a menu of renders — a schedule of fixed fees.

Four deliverables, each priced on this page, each with its delivery date and two revision rounds written into the fee. Final figures are confirmed in a written scope once we have read your drawing set.

Prepared for residential architects, spec developers and custom-home builders, working from Revit, DWG and SketchUp files.

Before you commit

What an architect asks before signing.

  1. ISend the model and drawings; we reply the next business day.
  2. IIA written scope, fixed fee and delivery date are issued.
  3. IIIHalf reserves the schedule; the clock starts on a complete file set.
  4. IVReview, two rounds of revision, final files on the balance.
Which file formats do you work from?

Revit (.rvt), AutoCAD (.dwg) and SketchUp (.skp) are read directly. If your set is PDF only, we will say so in the scope; model reconstruction is quoted separately before any work begins.

What counts as a revision round?

A consolidated list of changes to delivered images, sent once. Material swaps, camera adjustments and lighting changes are all revisions. A change to the underlying design after the model is built is quoted as a new scope.

Is the quoted fee the final fee?

The starting prices are typical for a single residence. Once we have read your drawings, the written scope states one figure. That figure holds unless the scope itself changes.

Can the images be used for marketing and planning submissions?

Yes. Final files are delivered for your use in planning submissions, sales material, websites and print for the project depicted.

How is payment handled?

Half to reserve the schedule, half on delivery of final files. We accept card, ACH or check.

Do you visit the site?

Not as a rule. We work from your survey, site photographs and drawings. Studio visits at 331 Hewlett Ave in Merrick are by appointment, Monday to Friday.
